When will I receive my order?We ship orders out after receiving them within 1 - 3 business days. Standard shipping takes around 2 - 5 business days, Express shipping takes around 1 - 2 business days. If you are choosing to have your order delivered via Local Shipping (San Fernando Valley), you will receive your order 1 - 2 days after placing your order.

What do I do if I received a defective order?Reach out to us and provide us with your name, order number, and the description of the defective item. We will review that information and get back to you as soon as possible.
