  • When does my order ship?
    We strive to ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
  • What is the return policy?
    We have a 30 day return policy. Please read our full return/refund policy for more details.
  • When will I receive my order?
    We ship orders out after receiving them within 1 - 3 business days. Standard shipping takes around 2 - 5 business days, Express shipping takes around 1 - 2 business days. If you are choosing to have your order delivered via Local Shipping (San Fernando Valley), you will receive your order 1 - 2 days after placing your order.
  • How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    Reach out to us and provide us with your name, order number, and the description of the defective item. We will review that information and get back to you as soon as possible.
  • What do I do if I never received my order?
    Please track your shipment with the tracking number sent to your email once the order has shipped. If you are unable to find the tracking number, reach out to us and we will find it for you. For issues with the shipment itself, please contact the shipping company (ex. USPS).
